Stone-block is constructed of concrete slabs, reinforced with galvanized iron bars, and natural pre-attached stone exterior. Grooves are designed at the top and bottom of the block to interlock, creating a solid frame structure

HOW TO INSTALL
 
Building with Stone-block is so easy and simply, so no matter what you use PRIZEBLOCK for, just go through these 4 steps bellow:

Step 1: Make and level the foundation
Make the foudation solid and level it before laying the block. Depend on what is the application the foudation may needs concrete prefilled to well sticking with 1st layer of block

Step 2: Lay the blocks
Lay the first layer of blocks onto the foudation, make sure there is a perfect line, square angle and the block are level to ensure vertical alignment. Continue to lay the second layer on top of the first layer in brick to desired height.
Note that if the height of your project is higher than 6 layers of block, you need a vertical iron frame in the internal of blocks and this vertical iron must be tired with the iron bars already available in the blocks to form a solid iron system before pouring concrete motar.

Step 3: Fill concrete or sealant
Fill concrete grout into the internal of the block if desired height is more than three blocks tall or apply the sealant on two roughs of the blocks if the project height is not higher than three block layers .

Step 4: Install the cap
Most of application is ended with the matched color cap on top. The caps must be in a straight line, correct position and in line with the adjacent caps
